Shaoxing Huayu Plastics Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004. As one of the few one-stop cosmetic packaging solution providers in the industry, we focus on delivering comprehensive services for high-end cosmetic packaging.

Located in Shangyu District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province—at the heart of the Yangtze River Delta—our modern production base spans 18,000 square meters. Outfitted with precision mold processing, automated plastic molding, dust-free UV coating, and advanced printing equipment, we have established an industry-leading integrated manufacturing system. Our comprehensive services include product design, mold development, blow and injection molding for PET/PETG/PE/PP, UV electroplating, spray painting, surface finishing, hot stamping, and finished goods assembly.

We consistently invest in technology and quality improvement to enhance our core competitiveness. Our UV coating workshop was completed in 2006, and in 2010, we upgraded to a Class 100,000 dust-free automated coating facility while launching our bottle blowing division. In 2021, we introduced fully automatic blow molding machinery to further enhance our production capacity and processing technology.
